Most Devary tools process the text, code, tokens, colors, schedules and other inputs directly in your browser. Devary does not need to upload those tool payloads to a Devary backend for the local tools described as browser-local.

Clipboard access only occurs when you explicitly use a copy action and remains subject to browser permissions.

Devary uses local browser storage to keep saved tools, recent tools, collections and explicit accessibility preferences on your device. This data is not automatically transmitted to Devary and can be removed through the corresponding features or your browser's site-data controls.

API Playground intentionally sends requests from your browser to the URL you choose. Request bodies, headers or credentials entered there are transmitted to that third-party destination, not proxied through a Devary backend. The privacy and security practices of the destination are outside Devary's control.

Like most websites, Devary's hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and security logs when necessary to deliver, secure and diagnose the service.

Devary may use Google AdSense or other advertising services to display ads. When those services are active, this policy describes the relevant providers and purposes.

Where consent is required by law, it will be requested before non-essential storage or ad personalization is used.

When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may place or read cookies in your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers as a consequence of ad serving. Google may use information such as the page URL and IP address to provide, secure, measure and, depending on your choices, personalize advertising.

Technical delivery and security are processed as necessary to provide and protect the service and, where applicable, on legitimate-interest or legal-obligation grounds. Optional advertising or analytics processing that requires consent will rely on consent and remain disabled until the applicable choice is obtained.

Browser-local library data and accessibility preferences remain on your device until you remove them, reset the corresponding features or clear site data. Infrastructure logs are retained for the periods needed to operate, secure and diagnose the service and meet applicable obligations. Consent records, when present, follow the periods disclosed by the consent platform and relevant providers.

Where Devary processes personal data about you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). aepd.es
